I’ve always believed that a company grows when its people feel supported. With my background in psychology, I wanted to help bring greater awareness to mental health within the HOLDAL family. Creating safe spaces and offering support can make a real difference, and knowing we’ve helped make our colleagues’ lives a little easier is what stays with me.
