Our Social Promise

In 2025, we strengthened the foundations of how we care. We moved from meaningful initiatives to structured commitments: embedding health, solidarity, learning, and engagement into the everyday life of HOLDAL. Our impact is organized, measurable, shared, and is part of who we are.

Health & Well-Being
(Putting People First)

  • Launched Care Arabia, introducing a nursery policy and childcare subsidies to better support working families;
  • Activated World Cancer Day awareness through the Eat Like Nicole initiative;
  • Mobilized 19 blood donors in partnership with the Lebanese Red Cross;
  • Delivered six structured development sessions with Siira, engaging 32 participants per session + (2 one on one sessions);
  • Delivered 72 hours of on-site medical care, reinforcing continuous access to support.

Community & Solidarity

  • Strengthened the HOLDAL Solidarity Fund through the Valentine’s Cooking Initiative;
  • Collected 12 kg of hair through the “I Took the Cut” campaign in support of cancer patients with Barbara Nassar and Amal Hair Extension, powered by LOREAL Professionnel;
  • Convened purpose-driven dialogue at the ESA Panel “Unique Journeys – Collective Impact,” highlighting resilience, leadership, and collective change with Stand For Women and ESA Business School;
  • Expanded youth mental health awareness through Together Li Beirut – Gym Week, activating multi-brand collaboration across schools;
  • Advanced road safety education with Kunhadi, engaging 40 drivers in preventive awareness sessions.

Engagement

  • Expanded the Impact Uprise Task Force to 95 HOLDALIANS (up from 65 in 2024);
  • Increased certifed First Aid Responders to 60 HOLDALIANS (up from 37 in 2024);
  • Mobilized 30 HOLDALIANS at Myschoolpulse Race – Faqra, combining active engagement for a good cause.
